Portfolio Of A Dragon: Dunkelzahn's Secrets starts out with a timeline of events starting in mid-2056 that lead up to the 2057 election, and the more obvious results of it and the assassination. It details the assassination itself and then goes on to the full text of Dunkelzahn's last will and testament. The remaining two-thirds are devoted to chapters about who benefits (and some of the reasons why), who killed the Dunkelzahn in the first place (and again, why), and describing some of the major players to emerge from all this. It also introduced a new megacorporation, Wuxing, heralding the changes in the corporate landscape still to come in books such as Blood in the Boardroom. In essence, this is one big device for generating adventures: a great many of the entries in the will could be turned into anything from short one-off shadowruns to whole campaigns in search of an item, the truth, both, none, or something else entirely. It doesn't give any concrete adventure plots, but could spark lots of them.
